english is an incredibly hard language to learn lol

Please note that the one tied for the most votes (Malbolge) is so difficult to program in it took 2 years for a "Hello, world!" program to appear.

And it wasn't even written by a person. It was the product of a person using a computer program to search through almost every possible program to see if any of them would give the right output.
