The keys used for the chat flooding were the same keys used for ravencroft's numerous forum accounts.  This isn't exactly the first problem we've had with these clowns either.  I'm debating whether to deactivate all (20+) of their keys or not.  If I don't, people will complain that I don't care about the community and don't do enough to curb abuse and if I do ban them, other idiots will complain that I've gone mad with power.

I doubt most sensible people would complain after having the accounts deactivated
And the somewhat idiocy of the community would probably get it through their thick skulls from the others who know better.

There is always going to be that group of people who'll think otherwise from something so obvious.
