A basic beer bottle and breathalyzer item.

Clicking a player shows the amount of beers drunk+alcohol level.

The stats reset after (RTB Pref) time.

Example

Player drinks x beers.
Alcohol Level=.6

Last time I tried to drink a bear, it wasn't to good.

Fixed, at least I got it right the second time in the example.
