Client-Sided Day Cycle Toggle

I'm not sure if it's possible to do this client-sided, but I think someone should make a way to toggle day cycles, sort of like how you can toggle server music.

Probably possible. Just harder to do now. After Badspot added the daycycle, he made modify the sun on the client side harder to do/impossible. I dunno which.
