Does anyone have a finished save of a certain city build?

So one day I was on Pablo's server helping him record something when he used this really cool city build. Now I do not know who's build it actually is but I would really like a finished save of it, if there is one. The one I have has some of the builds on the outer edge not finished. The thing is they are missing bricks in a fashion of the build not loading correctly due to maybe other bricks being in the way. Look at the last pictures to get what I am trying to say. Sorry about the poor image quality but I was just print-screening them.







This is a really cool build and I would love to have a finished version of it. It does look like in some places that I am missing some bricks.

I don't think that's entirely why because one part of the map is like this:

Simply put, if you don't ghost the whole build, you're not going to get the entire thing.

doesn't it look a bit like sumz city? There are only two islands where there should be four but I guess if we're sticking with the didn't ghost explanation then it's possible.
