Restore RTB?

I think we should restore RTB.
Just think of it for a second.
-We have all the files backed-up on a website
-DAProgs and Port got IRC working
-The rest of RTB is fine
-DAProgs even has an exact replica of the RTB website
so why not?
sure, BAM is probably going to get released, but why not?

This could work, but honestly RTB is a given up project so it would probably be better to just make something similar to it, like BAM. Better, not necessarily easier though.
