Author Topic: grounded for a week  (Read 4143 times)

I'm sorry kid, but your dad to me would be consider a moron, but don't mention that to him.  I believe you can put whatever you want on your hot dog is entirely up to you.  It doesn't matter really, it drives me nuts how people can get over the simplest things.  Just don't let that get to ya, when ever you get a hotdog, just make sure your old man isn't around and put ketchup on it, I know it may sound bad, but sometimes you have to take those lengths to get there.
thank you, this comment really helped me

good thing the people who are implying your dad is in the right are joking or else they'd be looking like serious morons right now, your dad is pissy by the way and shouldn't of grounded you over a small thing like this

Hotdogs are dumb anyways.

this could be very well taken out of context

I remember watching some show on Food Network about the history of the hot dog. At some point the host talked about how in some cities, people made a huge loving deal over adding ketchup to hot dogs (and still do to some extent). I think it was even made illegal in certain places (or some bullstuff like that I can't loving remember).

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I'm actually going to look this stuff up right now but if anyone has seen the exact show and episode I'd really appreciate it if you pointed it out or posted a youtube vid in the topic or whatever bah forget it what the hell am i saying

but yeah I can see how your dad actually lashed out at you for adding ketchup to a hot dog. kinda surprising this still goes on. do you live in chicago or something?
