Author Topic: Opinions on Bronies?  (Read 9798 times)

The only IRL brony I've ever known was severely autistic and got expelled from my school for threatening me and my friends with a knife for disliking the show, and writing #brony on walls throughout the entire building. Many lols were had but he's a loving psychopath.

In general, I am okay with pretty much every fandom as long as people don't shove it down others' throats.
did you punch him?
was he fat?

I met 2 bronies at my school

One was my friend I knew for some time and when I found out I didn't really care lol
He doesn't have any mlp accessories that I know of

The other was just someone in line at the circlek next to my school, he had a jansport backpack and a rainbow dash backpack

I also have a friend that is a girl and has mlp stuff
a derpy hoof lanyard, a jacket of that purple dragon thing from the show and a couple pin-on buttons or whatever those are

Overall if you don't make it super obvious or if you're a girl I could care less if you like the show

Whenever I see a post involving this fandom I just flick the scroll wheel. In my eyes it's more pathetic than Greenpeace and feminism, which are at least amusing to observe.
People who actively declare and advertise themselves as a member of a "fandom" signify to me that they do not have any serious aspirations or goals. Not that I'm trying to say that others do or that I do, mind you.

Honestly I hate bronies that just bash on people for not liking it. I don't talk about it until someone brings it up, then I say I'm a brony and thats it. If your not, thats cool, no big deal.

Why do so many people act like starfishs for not liking something they like? Its dumb.

I'm a brony, and I hate them. Not because of some moral reason, but because everybody on the internet has to have an opinion on them, and has to share it whenever possible.

Love how there are so many people here who are scared to be honest about it.
Trying to take the safe ground and give some acceptance bullstuff answer about they are ok with it so long as people keep it to themself. this is like every other post here.

It's OK to judge others you know. It's OK to dislike what people do. And it's ok to share your thoughts.
If bronies are to be as big a political correct pusillanimous individual as you are. Then they have to accept your views on them anyways.

i agree with this, it's not like a brony is going to all caps rage at you on here (without getting banned) and even if they did it wouldn't affect you, lol.

I don't respect bronies at all.

loving hate them
im like lord tony but i dont brag about it

If you've met one you've met pretty much all of them.
And it's horrible.

bronies need to burn.

They're all terrible. :cookieMonster:

But to be serious, I'm one myself.
I don't really mind them as long as they don't shove it in everyone's faces.
Same thing goes with haters.
