How exactly does the reward system work? if you pre-order tier 3, after 1 and 2 are unlocked wouldn't you get more than the people who pre-ordered earlier? If you pre-order earlier in tier 1 and it moves to tier 2 do you get tier 2 as well? I don't know it may be obvious but I could be stupid.

The game has a family line now so you can train ur son to be moar dictator and I think you can prob still kill people.
