Coherently I uninstalled gmod, installed 2 antivirus softwares (bitdefender and malwarebytes).
I am also changing my Steam password on a different computer.

People who receive *cough* aren't infected unless they are in the same server as someone who is spamming FIX IN VINH or *cough*. You're good if you weren't in a server when this was happening.
