pretty sure they did it with either lego starwars 2 or complete saga. 1 of them had an achievement for completing a level online

Yeah, complete saga had co-op.
I think it also had a multiplayer (competitive) mode where you get to kill eachother using different characters.

I don't recall anything like that.

Has anybody tried GeDoSaTo with any of the Lego games on PC yet?

It's amazing that Traveler's Tales have managed to get so far building the same game every single time.  :cookieMonster:

When I see a game that actually is about LEGO, and not just has LEGO pieces hitting things, then I'll get excited. Oh, and when I see a TT Game that isn't loaded with bugs and scripted sequences, and when they stop treating everybody as complete morons, then I might forgive them.

I don't recall anything like that.
yeah, the arena was in the galactic council or something.

Lego Marvel would be so fun with online multiplayer!

I might get Lego Hobbit fairly soon. The free roan and levels look real fun!

Bleh. That's like saying that Duke Nukem looks really funny, or that Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 looks innovative.

Aside from maybe the first or so TT LEGO Gamest, the only one I'd consider decent enough to actually get is LEGO City Undercover, because it's so radically different to everything TT has done in the past. It actually looks like a proper video game, not just some movie where you need to press buttons on the DVD remote to make it work.

Unfortunately, I have no other reason to get a Wii U...trying to see if I can find a copy so I can try extract the files and port them into the LEGO Movie Videogame engine, so that way we can get a LCU PC Port. That would be extremely sweet.

It probably helps that half of LCU's files are already left in LMVG's archives.

I feel like the thing that all Lego games capture still is that essence of nostalgia, and its always for different reasons

Like uhh the Lego Movie Game thing, abeit simply having altered characters to unlock, I kinda did the same thing when I was younger. "If I change the hat on this one guy he's now a different character!" My sister and I played the Lego Marvel Game thing also and I made a dudeguy with Deadpool's blades but Iron Man's jets and that was fun, it reminded me of when I played Legos with my neighbor in which EVERYONE COULD APPARENTLY FLY BECAUSE WE LACKED THE ABILITY TO MAKE PEOPLE SIMPLY WALK! Lego Rock Raiders reminds me of all the odd money systems we would use, such as those ridged plates were dollars and studs were cents, Lego Racers reminded me of all the dumb space ships we made which were basically a lot of the cool bricks stuck onto eachother, etc.

lego island was one of my favorite games

That rings a bell.
