It's a ground texture, similar to the other grids out there, except it has different colors for different brick sizes. It's for construction purposes only, obviously, considering it probably won't look that good in a build.

Black - 32x
Indigo - 16x
Teal - 8x
Lime - 4x
Ochre - 2x
Pink - 1x

Really cool. Strange choice in colors though.

They do some sort of gradient, I think OP choose them because of that

Mmhmm. Brightness is distributed evenly across the gradient, while hue cycles and saturation remains the same. It also accounts for the fact that blue looks darker than yellow.

I'm considering making the 32x lines thinner and adding X+ and Z+ labels.

Now this is actually kinda useful!

thank you o wise one

things like this would come in handy for people who like to make flat pixel art
very nice

Z is up.
he probably meant x and y

Ah yes, sorry. I'm used to games with Y-up coordinates.

Idk why, but the first thing I saw was a Sudoku puzzle.

Can't unsee

This looks great! I can finally have a proper grid to make my RTS servers on! (Aside from marble plates)

Dark version?
Why? It's for construction, not for finished servers. It doesn't really matter if it's white or black.

Dark version?

I don't think the lines change color if you change the ground color to a darker one.
