Here's a way to ban ID 11110.

Open console on your server and copy and paste this:

banBLID(11110, -1, "Spamming and trolling other servers. See http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=256406.0 for more information.");Then, hit enter. It will perma ban the person's BL_ID.

I personally prefer editing the BANLIST in the directory.

I mean, I'm not trying to hurt your opinion, but I find it faster to just copy+paste that into console than ban the ID in the ban list in game.
