my computer's fan sounds like stuff

It gets loud a lot. I don't have some canned air laying around. What can I do?
its not the hard drive, i'm positive, because it makes a whoosh sound after it gets loud

Why not? I would just go to the computer shop that's near my house and buy a fan for $15

I remember my CPU fan was pretty loud and I couldn't figure out why. Then I found that a wire was slightly within the fan's area so it was being brushed thousands of times a minute. Look at your wiring.

Well, you could theoretically take the bus to the nearest mall and buy it there... Or ask your parents to take you there... Unless you live really really far away from any computer shop / mall then yeah
