i didn't have mean neighbors when i lived in florida, but I did have this weird guy who inhabited the vacant duplex beside my house. It was creepy because it was such a change. Before, this nice old lady lived there with her dogs. She sometimes let me pet them, but then this like crack addict moved in. one night me and my parents woke up to him vomiting in the street.

That sucks; one of my friends lives across the street from me, so I have no problems with our neighbors.

all of my neighbors have been pretty okay
one of them used to own a bunch of pitbulls that would get loose on a weekly basis but they never caused much of a problem because i owned an irish wolfhound at the time

anyways that really sucks :(
