It's a waste of space in the datablock group. Too many datablocks disables other datablocks until the limit isn't reached. (It disables random datablocks I believe)

In my entire blockland life (3-4 years) I have never once reached the datablock limit on any server I have been hosting. I don't see why you guys enable every add-on. I build my server with some add-ons (fillcan, dupe) then restart and host with what I need to make my server work.

You should probably figure out how it actually works before you go and post this kind of nonsense.
It's not random. 1 datablock isn't really all that much, compared to other things especially.
Though there is little-to-no reason to have a datablock just for an image. Prints don't do this and they still download. Use prints.
