RTB to Backup Chrome/Firefox Extension

I'm requesting that somebody write a Google Chrome extension that redirects you from an RTB link on the forums to the corresponding page on http://rtb-archive.host22.com/. Perhaps it wouldn't even detect the URL, it could just see what the text you're clicking on says. This is a possible way this could work:

mmmmm...

userscript (aka extension) that only runs when the page has "RTB Listings" in that spot
finds the Download [filename] bit and modifies the link to one of the lovely add-on hosts available

this isn't even complicated
i'm too busy with school to do this though.
