Caucasian is still the majority of America and the largest ethnic group in every state in the country. I loving hate people that try and act like white people aren't by far the largest ethnic group in America. basically it made it so states are allowed to make everyone equal instead of giving preference to people based on their minority status alone (or at least thats my understanding)
