I would make a system that has the compatibility of windows XP with older software, but the features of Windows 7. Aesthetically, everything about a theme can be changed, even the start up and login screens, with no special software. It would also have no key differences between 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Also, older systems could run it with ease.
