I remember making this in v0002, but it didn't tumble them and wasn't admin only. Admins could adjust the force though.

Even rewarded for impact kills, not only the target thrown but the target hit as well.

The only way it'll be abused if you have an untrustable admin which shouldn't happen unless you have a dumb server filled with badmins

added some things and fixed some things, hopefully it looks more like the actual thing
