Is there a particular reason that it has to be prevented from spawning? I've made an item-restriction system that works off of not allowing players to equip banned items. Would that work for you?

No, that's what he linked. I'm just making a fortwars that's based on finding weapons instead of starting out with a fully stacked arsenal.
If and IF anyone is going to make this, could you also make a script that disables regular users from spawning vehicles?
Admins should be able to spawn both.
