I remember an addon that introduced like 50 new events to the game, and If I remember correctly one of them could make popup prompts and stuff. I forget the name, but it was pretty popular.

Well it doesn't have popup events from what I can see, so I guess this is still open.

the first one has "yes and no" boxes. It includes events for whether the player says yes or no. e.g. "Would you like to buy a gun? [Yes] [No]

the second one just has "ok" boxes. It more used for a notification, like, "You bought a gun. [OK]"
