Everquest next landmark when it's released.
Isn't really a 'survival' game, meets all of the other aspects though.
Would recommend this though, been watching Next and Landmark both for quite a while.

red faction: guerrilla is the game to get for open world physics-based destruction action

I just deleted the edf cigarettes and now I can run around everywhere and destroy everything with the hammer. pro

The reconstructor in singleplayer is pretty nice too

That's boring just driving round killing zombies for no cause..

Borderlands was to linear for me. I like more open world

That game certainly has a large open world, I played it for many hours but eventually tired of it. The combat became repetitive and it just couldn't hold a spark for too long. It's certainly worth a play-through but don't expect to be wowed.

Crimson Skies on PC. It meets the criteria mostly, and I reccomend you use a flight stick with it. Copies are dirt cheap, but it's worth it
