So after not touching runescape for 2 years, I think ima pick this up. I hope i'm not murdered 5 minutes after exploring :(

or atleast had some more guards around

It should use the EVE system of high-sec, low-sec and null-sec.

Major cities like Varrock would be high-sec.
Small areas like Edgeville would be low-sec.
And wilderness would be null-sec, or just any area that's in the middle of nowhere.

Not many people are actually in Varrock most of the time so it should be just low-risk. Also, if you were to die in a high-risk area, having Varrock as a respawn would be too easy in my opinion.
