I just spent 11mil completely renovating my rs3 house. Still a few odds and ends I need to finish up (Need a new porthole to rebuild diving suit, missing curtains and rugs in a few places, etc.), but I'm completely out of money so it'll have to wait. Regardless, my house has all the amenities you'd expect: gilded altar w/ adjacent portal room and nearby glory, mahogany eagle lectern, regular and ranged combat rooms, full kitchen and workshop, demon butler, opulent throne room, and a 6-room PvP dungeon with treasure! I didn't include it in the budget, but two of my clanmates contributed a magic stone each which allowed me to finally build a lesser magic cage.

We should totally organize a house party.

Yes it's completely F2P. members only get double bank space and 1.5x more xp (but the xp rate is ALREADY increased, so it's just like a perma bxp weekend(

you can sheathe weapons to be unable to accidentally stab people now

al kharid is low risk

high alch values have been changed significantly to stop its injecting the economy with mad dosh (rip rune alching)

the giant mole has appeared

you can see your k:d now

blisterwood weps got nerfed for pvp only
