Is it 75x75? It might only work in the newer iOS versions (6.0 and up). Click the select image button and it should give you an option to use one of your photos.

It was a 64x64 JPEG. It gave me an error in 6.0 and Safari crashed to the home screen on 3.1.3.

i don't know stuff about ios, but i have done it on android.
