Not to any significant degree.
mw3 to black ops 2 had some pretty big changes in graphics.

To be fair MW3 looked like stuff compared to the original black ops.

To be fair MW3 looked like stuff compared to the original black ops.
but i mean, black ops 2 looked spectacular. gonna go play some campaign and take some screenshots.
also, not only did it look amazing, it was unique and ambitious. the number of features introduced just made the game even better. features worth noting:
-multiple endings (more endings than mass effect 3!)
-customizable loadouts per campaign level
-unique weapons not introduced to multiplayer but bound to just single player
-the strike force missions that combined fps and rts. some say it was bad, but i think it's awesome and works perfectly for me.
multiplayer
-pick 10 system which allowed for great and diverse class loadouts
-great maps, probably the best since mw2

zombies
-survival zombies witih plenty of side quests
my fav has to be the alcatraz prison. the numerous secrets, and the ability to actually escape it was cool.

but seriously Blops 2 has the best maps ever

I played BO2 during the steam free weekend and it was a lot of fun.

huge image dump time

oh it also had a jet mission. where you fly. openly. compared to bf3's sit in a roosterpit and press m1 to shoot missiles campaign.

and if you're saying the graphics are not getting better, then you're pretty blind.

that was pretty on-the-rails too

that was pretty on-the-rails too
assuming you're talking about the jet mission, it was not. you fly a jet and can go anywhere, but you're only objective is to kill the drones.

wow the HUD looks so much better than in multiplayer

COD UOs Rail tank mission is best mission.  You can drive, aim and shoot the tank. There was no bullstuff regeneration, if your you took a hit you had to avoid further hits. In the Infantry missions you had to avoid gunshots or look for rare medkits.

yes.

Do the zombies gib like they did in black ops 1 or is it still as stuff as the console version?

I was turned away from it at first, and then I saw it was a new developer. I might actually buy this one.
