Author Topic: I'm starting to lose interest in the game, any ideas? (Read 2247 times)

As the title said, I've been losing interest in the game and I'm not sure want to do about it. No game truly has infinite replayability, and I think the novelty has started to wear off after over 3 years. Thing is, I want to still be involved in the game and still enjoy it, but the same stuffty TDMs I thought were fun have become boring. I'd like to say that the game's quality had been going down, but it really isn't. So, any ideas on how to freshen up the experience?

FYI: I probably won't leave the community any time soon. I luv u guys too much <3

Try getting into coding stuff for the game, make some awesome gamemodes for others to host :o

This. I was in your same position a year ago. Decided to take up some casual coding and it has revitalized my interest. It's a sensation on par with being able to bend the rules since the content you create can be unique to your server. Try starting with weapons.

If you've been playing for 3 years id say you got your money's worth. At some point everyone becomes bored of everything. Id say just stop playing instead of feeling like you owe the community your time or whatever. Because that's unhealthy.

It probably means you either have stuffty friends or play on stuffty servers. I've been doing this for 6 years and I'm not bored yet, although I do feel like I should give more back
