Mr. Clean cleaning spray!

Me and one of my BlockFriends were playing, making a kitchen in a McDonalds, and he put on the Mr. Clean music while I was making the cooking surfaces. This sparked an ingenius idea that we should have an add-on called Mr. Clean, or maybe Windex too. This should be a tiny spray bottle that sprays glow paint, eh? Eh?

what would it do besides glow?  Just use glow spray cans, or, use pearl for the more realistic cleaning effect.
