I offended my math teacher once. I had a really really witty comeback, and I just muttered it, but a few people around me heard it, and eventually she got one of them to repeat it.
I didn't realize how mad she was until a little while later, but she was apparently very steamed. From there, though, I was just nice, so she now basically just loves me. I've brought home 2 of the school's 3 math trophies and helped with the other (it was a group one) so essentially she's just happy to have me in the school.
Other than that, I've avoided trouble basically altogether. I seem to remember getting sent to the principal once in middle school, but it wasn't a very big thing. He basically just let me go after about 15 slightly uncomfortable seconds of talking.
Oh and once one of my friends was talking to me and I noticed that the teacher was looking, but he wouldn't stop talking at me and the teacher told me off and didn't say a word to him. But later on the teacher figured out what had happened, and apologized sideways.

ALWAYS HAPPENS.
I'm usually the quiet one in most of my classes and the first time I talk the teacher somehow hears me over everyone else and calls me out on it.
When I forget to bring my ID.
My schools strict on that.
But for the last few months they don't even realize that it's a rule anymore.
They did that last year.
And the year before that.
And they said that they wouldn't.

And on a slightly related matter I'm going to do online school next year.

I once stuck up my ring finger and someone told on me thinking it was the middle fin ger and I got in mad trouble

I was yelled at during a test for coughing.
Some dumbass kid threw a pencil at me from far away and when it hit me a teacher saw and I got in trouble

I once let my friend copy my homework in lunch but he decided to be a dumbass and have both papers on the table in the open and he got caught. We both got zeros. And I had a 98 in that class too

Not really a thing that gets you in trouble, but the times in classes where like 10 guys go to the restroom overtime, then the teacher says, "Ok, no more kids going to the bathroom." Then you realize you have to.
And the class is only half over.

Happened to me a couple of times.
