It's both.
Regardless of how repentant you are, or how much you may have matured, you still have a stigma attached to your name. One that means you're not trustworthy enough to be handling the money of other people on PayPal or being involved in hosting a gambling ring on an exploitable game.
Even if the money involved is meagre, it's not right.

The issue about gambling being wrong isn't about morals, but that it's not legal or in compliance with various Ts and Cs.
It wouldn't be ethical for Badspot to let you go ahead and advertise this.


There's no one trustworthy enough in this community to handle a gambling system. There are so many contracts and technicalities in actual gambling websites and bookies to ensure money is handled safely and games are not rigged. You can't recreate that in this community on this game.
