2. Gambling is probably explicitly forbidden in paypal's terms of service. It only takes one disgruntled bettor to file a complaint and all your funds will be frozen/seized.
3. Op appears to be Cca who has been banned multiple times for attacking servers/trolling. This could easily be the moment when he flips out and gets his "revenge". He has no moral compass and should not be trusted.
4. The contest takes place on ravencroft's server, who has been banned something like 15 times. The guy is incapable of behaving normally.

Attacking and trolling servers was very long ago, I mean back then I was like 14 years old. I am 19 now. I am not gonna flip out and rage that you found out that I am Cca. In fact I am surprised you never noticed. My avatar used to even say "Cca" on it... As for the moral compass thing: Last I checked I have a moral compass. I am not trying to rip you off, nor be a criminal master mind. The biggest thing I have done in recent years is obtain the BLHack.dll (And many other people have)
