So i'm looking for a gaming laptop to replace my aging MacBookPro (2011), my budget is about $1,200.

So far I have looked at the ASUS G750 Series (GTX 860, 12GB, Win8.1, No SSD).

I also checked out the Lenovo Y510p

If you suggest laptops I will read up on it and it's reviews and add it to the poll.

I would be playing things such as BF3, BF4, ArmA II, ArmA III, Blockland, and Minecraft.

No AMD, if it has AMD I will not even consider it.

My last thread got totally stuff on, I am hoping no one does this again.

I'd go for the ASUS imo. I've always heard better things about them versus Lenovo.

Yea, the ASUS I also like not only for it's performance, but it's look is really nice.

lenovo is chink stuff made of plastic and the only lenovo product one should get is one of the older thinkpad models

I bought the Lenovo Ideapad a couple weeks ago. It's right in your budget too.

no matter what make sure you get a metal/aluminum case
they're so much better omfg

you said this already and he said it was out of the budget
