I have 25 bucks on XBL. What should I get? I was thinking of getting Earth Defense Force 2017 but is it worth it for 15 bucks?

they're nice but I think Xbox 360 is better
360 has the worst Dpad in history. What.

wait whats first?
This should not even be a question. I will give you two guesses.

EDIT: It's the Gamecube controller.

Really doing a great job convincing me that the 360 controller isn't garbage, there.

Super durable. (as stated previously)
Very comfortable to hold.
Great stick placement. (in my opinion)
I have never had any problems with the d-pad. I don't know where you are getting that from.
I think it was the first to include the omni-button in the middle to bring up the console's menu anywhere.
Everything on PC with controller support uses xinput (the 360 controller scheme) and to use a ps3 controller with a PC you have to do a bunch of setup.

I don't see why "durability" is a concern at all.
It's not uncomfortable, but I can't think of any controllers at all that present that problem.
It's only good for shooters, but why would I be playing a shooter on a 360 to begin with?
The main issue lies in it being a single piece of plastic that tends to move in unison or not at all, resulting in really inaccurate input. Z-rolls are a nightmare.
Yay, a menu. Revolutionary.
That's simply because it's Microsoft being Microsoft, you can't really call exclusivity a plus point.

d-pad is new

it is the perfect controller

I have to share mine with younger siblings.

Playstation controllers feel akward for me for whatever reason. And wii remotes are bullstuff.

Show me a d-pad that is not one piece.

When was the xbox 360 released? 2010? It was cool then. Especially because you could access your system from anywhere.

Sony could easily support xinput with their controllers for PC games that call for it.

im getting one soon but it'll be modded.

i'll play online until i get banned, which will probably be a short time. i'll post my xbox live id when i get it.

That's a pretty unique problem.
Tiny baby hands if I had to guess; those are the only people I've ever known to complain about them. Nobody uses Wii remotes.
lol
I should clarify that I mean it's all one piece that sticks out of the controller, making it way less reliable. PlayStation dpad has always been ideal. XBoner is pretty good, I've only played Killer Instinct with it, but it felt good.
It was never "cool." It was, like, moderately functional? I never had any use for the dashboard on any system other than starting games.
No, they cannot. Windows does not include the correct drivers. There is nothing Sony can do about that.
