Well, defiantly try and get 8.1 for free, but it depends on how good the GPU is. If it's some cheap thing, you should probably just go with something like the GTX 750 TI.

Yeah I have looked at those and they are right around my price range.

Does anyone else know of nice graphics cards around $150?

What do you guys think about this? I am getting the graphics card for free (they sell used for about $70-$100, new at $350) and maybe Windows 8 at no charge. All of this except the new PSU (I have to get one because the one that came with the case isn't powerful enough) I already have in my possession

I find that VERY hard to believe. This is the equivilent of a GTX 640, which is the equivilent of around 65% of a GTX 760. Most 760s have trouble maxing out BF4.
