The Detroit Arsenal Tank factory starts to produce the M26 Pershing, a heavy tank that is comparable to the Tiger I and IS-4, slightly outclasses the Panzer V, and heavily outclasses both the T-34-85 and M4 Sherman tanks.

This design is exclusive to Detroit and will take atleast 6-12 months for any other factory or institution to reverse-engineer. Even then, only the Ford Manufacturing Plant and the Detroit Tank Arsenal Factory are prepared to produce it. Fitting out any other factory to produce this tank will take atleast 3-6 months.
