Me too, I love cheese. My favorites are Roquefort, Brie, and St.Andre's. I usually have my cheese on crostini though.

I'd be afraid of the cheese just crumbling away as you touched it.

I thought we were talking about chineese.

Anyways, I prefer aged cheese as well with a good leg of aged prosciutto.
Favorite cheeses: Mozzarella, Ricotta, Colonial, Parmesan, Gruyere, Manchego, goat cheese and Fontina.

The cheese I have now kinda does that, but it's so good!

That last one is as old as me. Also I just purchased the 5 year old one just for the hell of it. I will tell you how it tastes

Great! Cannot wait to hear from you!

I'm going to be a 17 year old cheese on the 27th.

It seems the 17 year old is winning.

I don't have a clue how old the cheese is that I eat, but I prefer the sharper stuff.

The cheese is as old as me holy stuff.

OP is cheesepleb, should've included hardmode 30 year cheese.

I looked for a 40 year old cheese before

Right? it tastes like wood to me.

I've actually participated in a Degustation before. was p good.

I think I'll go with the 10 year old, if I like it then I will try 17.
