A Superplane track? We need some plane ones to be honest

You should see how it will work first before saying that, if anything it's close to diddy kong racing.

A Boxing Glove Launcher powerup would be glorious

I think a track should be made where its a sprint one that is incredibly long and difficult that also uses all vehicles,including the battle ones. Its for testing all your skills. Kind of like rainbow road from mario kart.

So the main terrain is complete in Rock Canyon. What I need now is to test out the track and find out where to fix/adjust the map.

I think the yellow parts could have a more sand, dirt or tan color instead, the yellow is exagerated on this.

Are we ever going to get Mario Kart like weapons?

I remember back in the day Bushido was experimenting with his go-kart and implemented a weapon system into, including a "booster" item that would make a thruster spawn behind the vehicle and increase its speed.

Please for the love of god never add a blue shell like item/homing, keep it simple like bombs, oil slick, booster,
that is IF you ever add items.

I think this should have items, obviously not mariokart items.

there was a point when i was actively working on this where i had powerups and a more advanced checkpoint system in the WIP pipeline


that may or may not still happen depending on various factors

Ok here are my ideas.

Shell = Rocket
Triple Shell = Triple Rockets
Red Shell = Homing Missile
Triple Red Shell = X3 Homing Missile
Mushroom = Booster
Triple Shroom = Longer lasting Booster
Golden Shroom = Temporary Unlimited Use Standard booster
Banana = Oil slick
Bomb = Cluster Bomb
Star = Star (We can use Star_Blocko.ogg)

Here are some non Mario Kart Inspired ones:
*New* Force Field (Self Explanatory)
*New* Magna-tract (Gives you a cursor that locks onto the back of a player and then you can "attract" yourself closer to the vehicle)
*New* Warp (Turns your car invisible, gives you a speed boost, and then makes you visible after a set amount of time)
*New* Jump (Your car jumps the height of one other car)
Bonus points if you know the game their from.

Trying out some geysers for the track, I can see why Farad stuggled to make them launch the player considering I can't get them to as well.
