Try deleting every single file regarding hamachi, manually.
Program files, registry files, etc

Seems like your only solution, you can probably find a list of all the files that are installed by hamachi online and all the registry keys that are changed. In any case you're gonna be working on this for a while.

1 - Find where Hamachi files are in. If they're in the C:\ partition, stop reading.
2 - Open Disk Manager by Rightclicking Computer -> Administrate/Manage -> Disk Management
3 - Change the letter of the partition where Hamachi is installed to H:\
4 - Uninstall Hamachi.

There are services that you need to stop manualy to remove hamachi.
As well as registry entries.

I ran the installer and it removed everything just fine, if the installer doesn't work then he has to delete everything manually

The issue is that your computer (therefore the Hamachi setup) thinks the program is installed on the H:\ drive. The best solution would probably be to use regedit to tell your computer it is on the C:\ drive.

Alternatively, you could install Hamachi again into the same folder as you currently have it installed, this would rewrite the registry for you.
