In that order of preference. I unfortunately have no other 2.
However, I don't know Japanese (not to mention how bad treated are foreigners there), so Canada or UK would be a more liable choice because I know English, and I like English more than I like Romanian.
I would rather move to Canada instead of UK because of the weather, I hate hot days and Canada just seems it would do the job for me.
And then there's USA Alaska but why would I do that.
