It's been 10 months since the guy started working on it. I am just going to ignore any post by him unless there is a download link for the mod in it.

So can someone make this? I'm sure a ton of people would really like to have this.

I just want ban messages to not tell you ban times in clumps of minutes and instead tell you minutes, hours, and/or days the ban lasts for.

"User was Banned for 4570 minutes."
Doesn't help too much, does it.

That looks nice but you should change "victim" to "offender" since they will be the one who cause the problem and get banned
