C1: go pick up that rifle

also, what did the XCOM guys have on them
You use this downtime to go search the bodies. Turns out the XCOM agents were just carrying pistols and coveralls (the same weapons you have and worse armor), and Cobalt 2 finds a grenade on one of them. Cobalt 2 and 4 now have one frag grenade each.

Suddenly, a lanky, pale man in a nice suit runs out of the warehouse.
"A-ALIENS! THERE'S ALIENS IN THERE! I saw you kill those Compliance League goons, you must be here to stop them!"

Can they dual wield pistols?

Not without training. But Cobalt 1 and 2 are going to get promoted after this mission, should they survive, and the ability to dual wield may be a skill they can learn.

Cobalt 1 steps closer and keeps his gun at the ready in case he needs it. The man in the suit just stands there and adjusts his collar.
"If there are aliens in there, how did you get out?"
"Well they're not everywhere, I just hid in a closet until I heard gunfire outside. I looked out the window and saw you guys, so I figured you were here to help us. A shame about your friend."

Tell man to go somewhere safe, wait for c2 to position himself in left window then have c1 and c4 enter the building, check quickly inside and use frag grenade if aliens are in close proximity to each other.

Set up c2 at window and c1&c4 at the entrance while telling man to leave are to somewhere safe.

Everyone gets in position and peeks inside while the man sulks around on his phone. Something was definitely up with him, but at least he wasn't lying. There are in fact aliens inside this warehouse.

I SEE SHOTGUNS PRESUMABLY UNLOADED

They're actually assault rifles, and they are loaded. Intel suggests XCOM may have been using this warehouse as a temporary base of sorts.
The Aliens don't seem to have noticed you, but Cobalt-2 doesn't have a shot. It's possible for him to smash the window and enter, but at the same time he might cut himself for minor damage.

Get one of two guys to suppress alien behind box while second member throws grenade behind boxes, If an alien goes to flank from the left have the sentry at the window fire on him. (take aim)

aliens are pointed towards c1 and c4. c2, spy through window.

OR. OR.

c2, throw grenade through window near aliens or at aliens. after firing, c4 enter the room and
get behind cover; c1 stays behind and fires. c2 behind those boxes, try getting the assault rifle. c1, rush for the assault rifle near those boxes unnoticed as their attention might be on everyone else, maybe c4 and c2 can fire while c1 does a flank
somehow.

also use the XCOM suits if possible without their armor, just the slightly better one

You can't quite get a grenade to the aliens from where anyone is currently standing, but if Cobalt 4 makes it to the shelving unit in front of him, or if Cobalt 2 busts through the window and runs to the boxes, they could get one there on their next turn.

Their armor is objectively inferior to what you are currently wearing.

my original plan was to run to the shelf while suppressing then throw but that was to much TU

The shelving units with boxes are full cover, so even if you don't get to fire immediately after arriving there, you'll be very hard for the wimpy little sectoids to hit.

sure, yeah. maybe c-2 can create a distraction by shooting first, then hiding back.
