Okay, and who is to say he isn't just lying. How do we know he isn't just saying that to attempt to throw people off his trail. You act as though people are incapable of lying. For all we know he can say that, DDoS Hammer, and use that fact he said he won't as a defense. We are talking about a user who has claimed multiple times how "sorry" he is for acting like an idiot, yet continues to forget up again and again. I would not take a word that comes out of that little cunts mouth seriously.
If he has no intention to DDoS the service, he should have kept his month shut in the first place about it. Normal people don't go around saying, "I don't like that guy so somebody should kill him. I won't do it, but somebody should." No, even stating it implies you are thinking about it, Setro mentioned it so he is now and shall remain a suspect.
