In archive's you can't upload files. (In swollow's you can't) Not sure about Daprog's one.

Hmm... I'll hire people who can work with php or learn it myself.

EDIT: Okay I found something on uploading files but....
It has to create a new tab on the website in the right category the user selects and also has to show up on the list.
Wat? Gona hire someone. lol.
