I carry a backpack everywhere I go. I usually also have my laptop with me, but since I'm on vacation I don't need it. When I'm in the US, my daily carry would be more like:

Wallet, phone, keys, iPad, macbook, headphones, notebook, pens, and various other random stuff in my backpack
