AKA a power up a player can use, such as
Promethean vision: the player sees the game infrared and can see enemy/friendly soldiers/vehicles
Active Camo: turns you somewhat invisible, but goes away for a tiny bit when you attack
Jetpack: well this is obvious
hologram: makes a fake hologram of yourself to trick the enemy
