Racerboy was, as the title implies, breaking tons of rules; killing people who were building, killing people in the bank, killing people who were eventing, etc. I was actually building once, and he killed me.

I can kill people all I want in the bank, but only if they aren't using it, which no one was. And having a wrench in your hand on your property doing nothing isn't "building"

90% of people are going to or have used the bank. You know that, and you still do it because it's a loophole in the rules.

"Bank" means the building, not the brick. What about the laborers? I'm a witness to you killing Element while he was mining.

you could troll a CRP server every day- there's always new ones, and there's no real ramifications to your actions. it's nuts.
