i have hypermobile joints/hyperflexive ligaments
it gives me hip pains, causes my knee caps to shift when i walk, makes me easily sprain my ankles, makes it difficult to stand back up after crouching, and allows me to bend my fingers to a horrific degree
it's kind of awful
but no i'm not lizzy, iirc i joined way before she did
