Deadly Water (Environment)

Can anyone locate that add-on, or explain how to change the settings, to achieve water that isn't lava that kills the player?

This was possible at some point and I've forgotten how / lost the file to make this happen.

Thanks, the RTB file is what I was looking for.

With it being down, it kinda sucks to find anything anymore.
