Author Topic: AMD Driver randomly crashes during blockland  (Read 2883 times)

Not much more to say other than that my AMD driver crashes randomly while playing. Usually when there are a lot of bricks seen, I haven't the slightest idea on what is causing this.

Hope for the best and attempt to update the drivers. It might work, but if it doesn't, then I don't know.

AMD Dual Core Fix
There is an issue with AMD dual core processors that causes Blockland to run too fast.

AMD has released a patch to fix this issue.

Download AMD Dual Core Optimizer
(Only download this if you have an AMD dual core processor)

See if it helps.

That fix is for hardware that is many many years old now. I seriously doubt it's still relevant.

Try doing a typical driver update, Alyx.

Upgrading it right now, will get back to you soon.

Well, that didn't work.. It still hates shaders

Wow no modify..
If it helps any it usually happens when I try to alt tab/switch windows

When you encounter the problem again.
Open up the command window and type:
Code: [Select]
trace(1);Then try to recreate the problem again, don't stop until you crashed again.
After that, upload your console.log on here, it's in your Blockland folder.

Have you tried to enable borderless fullscreen mode? It basically extends the window the entire screen and covers the Taskbar, emulating fullscreen, that way when you switch alt tab, it acts like switching windows instead of how fullscreen usually works.

I use it in windowed mode
